The Remote Talent home screen: invoices totalling €84,524 across 11 invoices with paid, pending and overdue split out; cards for clients and contracts; and nomad visa eligibility showing 22 qualifying visas.

The app

One screen,
the whole business.

Everything that matters is answered before you tap anything: what you have billed this year, what is still owed, who owes it, and which countries would let you move there on the strength of it.

01

The year, in a sentence

Invoiced, paid, pending and overdue — written out in words, with the oldest overdue invoice named and its days late.

02

Clients and contracts at a glance

Who you work with, and how many agreements are active, awaiting a signature, or done.

03

Visa eligibility, kept current

How many nomad visas your billing history already qualifies you for, and the closest match, recalculated as invoices are paid.

Payouts

Get paid the way that
actually works where you are.

Most billing tools decide for you: one bank account, one currency, one country. Remote Talent lets you pick the rail per invoice — an ordinary bank transfer, a multi-currency balance, or a stablecoin wallet — and switch whenever you move.

Bank account

The boring one that always works

Pick your country and we show the rails that exist there — SEPA for the euro area, ACH and domestic wire in the US, local bank transfer in 53 currencies, or an international SWIFT wire anywhere else.

SEPAACHUS wire SWIFTLocal bank 200+ countries

Multi-currency wallet

Hold the currency, decide later

Send payouts straight into Wise or Revolut using your WiseTag or RevTag — no IBAN to re-enter every time you change country. Useful when you bill in three currencies and spend in a fourth.

Wise · 50+ currenciesRevolut · USD·EUR·GBP Tag-based, no IBAN

Stablecoin

When the banking rail is the problem

Take payouts in USDC or USDT on the network you already use. Pick the chain when you add the wallet, and hold the value in dollars without needing a US bank account to do it.

USDCUSDT EthereumPolygon ArbitrumOptimismBase
Your client pays

Bank transfer or card, in their own currency, against a proper invoice.

We settle it

Funds land, the invoice flips to paid, and the flat fee comes out of the settlement.

You take it out

To whichever method you attached to that invoice. Change it per invoice.

The fee never comes out of your pocket. A flat 35 is deducted from the settled amount when your client pays — drafts, clients and contracts cost nothing. If your client chooses to pay by card, a 4% processing fee applies on their side.

Fifteen wallets and exchanges, five networks.

01

Pick the chain, not the workaround

Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism or Base — chosen when you add the wallet, so the network fee is never a surprise.

02

Custodial or self-custody, your call

Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, Bybit, OKX, Bitstamp, Gemini, Crypto.com — or MetaMask, Trust, Phantom, Rainbow, Ledger and Trezor.

03

Guardrails, because transfers are final

The app names the network on the confirmation, warns before you save, and keeps a display name so you never send to the wrong wallet.

Invoicing

A proper invoice,
in about a minute.

Pick a client or pull the terms straight from a signed contract. Dates, numbering, currency and payout destination are already filled in — you set the line items and slide to send.

A paid invoice showing the created, issued, paid and sent-out stages with a downloadable receipt.
01

Bill in the currency your client thinks in

53 currencies across 79 countries. The invoice, the receipt and your reports each keep their own currency, converted at the rate on the day.

02

VAT and reverse-charge, worded correctly

Add your VAT number once. Cross-border EU B2B invoices carry the reverse-charge wording automatically, and client VAT numbers are verified before they go on the document.

03

You can watch the money arrive

Created, issued, payment received, sent out — four stages, timestamped, with a PDF invoice and a payment receipt you can hand to an accountant.

04

Chase less

Overdue invoices are surfaced on the home screen with the client and how many days late, not buried in a list you have to remember to open.

Pricing

One flat fee.
Only when you're paid.

No subscription. No per-seat charge. No percentage chewing into your rate. Whether you bill $500 or $50,000, the fee is the same.

Per paid invoice

They take a percentage. We take a flat fee.

Most billing tools charge a share of every invoice — which is a tax on raising your rates. The bigger the invoice, the more a percentage costs you, and the more a flat fee saves you.

On a $2,000 invoice you keep up to $85 more — and the gap widens with every dollar you bill. Public list pricing, April 2026.

Clients & contracts

Agreements both sides
actually sign.

A service agreement you can send from your phone, signed by both parties, with the rate and scope written down before the work starts — so the invoice has something to point at when a client asks what they agreed to.

01

Rates the way you actually charge

Hourly, daily, monthly or fixed price. Set a weekly hour cap, a billing frequency, and either an end date or an ongoing term.

02

Signed by both parties, tracked to the day

Waiting on you, waiting on the client, active, ended. Every contract shows exactly where it is and how far through the term you are.

03

Ending it is part of the product

Termination is a real flow with its own counter-signature and document — not an email you have to write yourself at the worst possible moment.

04

Clients kept properly

Company details, contacts, tax ID and billing address in one record, verified where we can, and reused on every invoice and agreement.

A contract in effect: rate, weekly cap, billing frequency, scope of work and progress through the term.

Nomad visa support

Your invoices are
the evidence.

Nearly every nomad visa asks the same question: can you prove a steady income from outside the country? You have already answered it — every invoice you have sent through Remote Talent is part of the file. We check your billing history against each programme's thresholds and tell you where you stand.

Portugal's D8 visa requirements checked against real billing history: income threshold met at 1.7× and three consecutive qualifying months.
01

The income test, actually calculated

Average monthly income across the last three months, converted to the programme's currency and shown against the threshold — not a number you have to work out yourself.

02

Consistency, month by month

Most programmes want each month to clear the bar, not just the average. Every month is checked separately and shown with its surplus or shortfall.

03

Remote contracts count

Active agreements with clients outside the country are exactly what consulates ask to see. They are already in the app, already signed, already dated.

04

Then the boring part

Fee, processing time, official portal, document checklist and an honest difficulty rating for each programme. Researched, not scraped.

All 24 programmes, with the numbers.

Sorted by the monthly income each one asks for. Tap any country for requirements, application steps and what the consulate expects.

Reports

Numbers you can hand
to a bank.

Working for yourself means periodically proving that you do. Remote Talent keeps the year in one place and exports it in a form a landlord, a consulate or a mortgage adviser will accept.

01

The year, in one sentence

What you invoiced, what landed, your strongest month and your collection rate — written out in plain language before you get to a single chart.

02

Paid, pending, overdue — separated

Monthly history stacked by status, so a big month that hasn't been paid yet never gets mistaken for money you have.

03

Which clients actually pay

Top clients by revenue, average days to payment, and the oldest thing still outstanding.

04

Earnings certificate and financial statement

Two formal exports for when someone official asks. PDF or CSV, filtered by period and client, in the currency you choose.

Analytics: a written year-to-date summary above a monthly invoicing chart split into paid, pending and overdue.
